Here There Faces Places Balitimore Stoops

Comments:  Once upon a time white stoops of Baltimore were dominant throughout the city. The tradition of the residents painting the steps white diminished in the mid 1960's. Now only few remain. The white stoops extended for blocks throughout inner-city and served neighbors as a stage for the early evening social hour.
